2- Dios es conocido en Judá: יהוה en Israel es grande su nombre
3- En Salem está su tabernáculo, y en Sion su morada
4- Allí quebró las saetas encendidas del arco, el escudo, la espada y las armas de guerra. Selah
5- Resplandeciente eres, más majestuoso que los montes de caza.
6- Fueron despojados los fuertes de corazón; durmieron su sueño, y ninguno de los guerreros pudo usar sus manos.

3- Cuando yo escoja el tiempo oportuno, seré yo quien juzgará con equidad.
4- Tiemblan la tierra y todos sus moradores, mas yo sostengo sus columnas. Selah
5- Dije a los orgullosos: No os jactéis; y a los impíos: No alcéis la frente;
6- no levantéis en alto vuestra frente; no habléis con orgullo insolente.
7- Porque ni del oriente ni del occidente, ni del desierto viene el enaltecimiento;
8- sino que יהוה es el juez; a uno humilla y a otro ensalza

2- Acuérdate de tu congregación, la que adquiriste desde los tiempos antiguos, la que redimiste para que sea la tribu de tu heredad, y de este monte Sion donde has habitado.
3- Dirige tus pasos hacia las ruinas eternas; todo lo que hay en el santuario lo ha dañado el enemigo.
4- Tus adversarios han rugido en medio de tu lugar de reunión; han puesto sus estandartes por señales.
5- Parece como si alguien hubiera levantado el hacha en espeso bosque.
6- Y ahora, toda su obra de talla hacen pedazos con hachas y martillos.
7- Han quemado tu santuario hasta los cimientos; han profanado la morada de tu nombre.
8- Dijeron en su corazón: Arrasémoslos por completo. Han quemado todos los santuarios de יהוה en la tierra.
9- No vemos nuestras señales; ya no queda profeta, ni hay entre nosotros quien sepa hasta cuándo.

18- Acuérdate de esto, SEÑOR יהוה que el enemigo ha blasfemado, y que un pueblo insensato ha despreciado tu nombre.

3- Turn Your footsteps toward the perpetual ruins; The enemy has damaged everything within the sanctuary.
4- Your adversaries have roared in the midst of Your meeting place; They have set up their own standards for signs.
5- It seems as if one had lifted up His axe in a forest of trees.
6- And now all its carved work They smash with hatchet and hammers.
7- They have burned Your sanctuary to the ground; They have defiled the dwelling place of Your name.
8- They said in their heart, "Let us completely subdue them." They have burned all the meeting places of יהוה in the land.
9- We do not see our signs; There is no longer any prophet, Nor is there any among us who knows how long.

1- Salmo de Asaf. Ciertamente bueno es יהוה a Israel, a los limpios de corazón.
2- En cuanto a mí, mis pies estuvieron a punto de tropezar, casi resbalaron mis pasos.
3- Porque tuve envidia de los arrogantes, al ver la prosperidad de los impíos.
4- Porque no hay dolores en su muerte, y su cuerpo es robusto.
5- No sufren penalidades como los mortales, ni son azotados como los demás hombres.
6- Por tanto, el orgullo es su collar; el manto de la violencia los cubre.
7- Los ojos se les saltan de gordura; se desborda su corazón con sus antojos.
8- Se mofan, y con maldad hablan de opresión; hablan desde su encumbrada posición.

1- Para Salomón. Oh יהוה da tus juicios al rey, y tu justicia al hijo del rey.
2- Juzgue él a tu pueblo con justicia, y a tus afligidos con equidad.

Salmo 72
1- Para Salomón. Oh יהוה da tus juicios al rey, y tu justicia al hijo del rey.
2- Juzgue él a tu pueblo con justicia, y a tus afligidos con equidad.
3- Traigan paz los montes al pueblo, y justicia los collados.
4- Haga él justicia a los afligidos del pueblo, salve a los hijos de los pobres, y aplaste al opresor.
5- Que te teman mientras duren el sol y la luna, por todas las generaciones.
6- Descienda él como la lluvia sobre la hierba cortada, como aguaceros que riegan la tierra.
7- Florezca la justicia en sus días, y abundancia de paz hasta que no haya luna.
8- Domine él de mar a mar, y desde el río hasta los confines de la tierra.
9- Dobléguense ante él los moradores del desierto, y sus enemigos laman el polvo.
10- Los reyes de Tarsis y de las islas traigan presentes; los reyes de Sabá y de Seba ofrezcan tributo;
11- y póstrense ante él todos los reyes de la tierra ; sírvanle todas las naciones.
12- Porque él librará al necesitado cuando clame, también al afligido y al que no tiene quien le auxilie.
13 Tendrá compasión del pobre y del necesitado, y la vida de los necesitados salvará. -
14- Rescatará su vida de la opresión y de la violencia, y su sangre será preciosa ante sus ojos.
15- Que viva, pues, y se le dé del oro de Sabá, y que se ore por él continuamente; que todo el día se le bendiga.
16- Haya abundancia de grano en la tierra, en las cumbres de los montes; su fruto se mecerá como los cedros del Líbano; y los de la ciudad florezcan como la hierba de la tierra.
17- Sea su nombre para siempre; que su nombre se engrandezca mientras dure el sol, y sean benditos por él los hombres ; llámenlo bienaventurado todas las naciones.
18- Bendito sea el SEÑOR יהוה el Elohim de Israel, el único que hace maravillas.
19- Bendito sea su glorioso nombre para siempre, sea llena de su gloria toda la tierra. Amén y amén.
Psalm 72
1- A Psalm of Solomon. Give the king Your judgments, O יהוה And Your righteousness to the king's son.
2- May he judge Your people with righteousness And Your afflicted with justice.
3- Let the mountains bring peace to the people, And the hills, in righteousness
4- May he vindicate the afflicted of the people, Save the children of the needy And crush the oppressor.
5- Let them fear You while the sun endures, And as long as the moon, throughout all generations.
6- May he come down like rain upon the mown grass, Like showers that water the earth.
7- In his days may the righteous flourish, And abundance of peace till the moon is no more.
8- May he also rule from sea to sea And from the River to the ends of the earth.
9- Let the nomads of the desert bow before him, And his enemies lick the dust.
10- Let the kings of Tarshish and of the islands bring presents; The kings of Sheba and Seba offer gifts.
11- And let all kings bow down before him, All nations serve him.
12- For he will deliver the needy when he cries for help, The afflicted also, and him who has no helper.
13- He will have compassion on the poor and needy, And the lives of the needy he will save.
14- He will rescue their life from oppression and violence, And their blood will be precious in his sight;
15- So may he live, and may the gold of Sheba be given to him; And let them pray for him continually; Let them bless him all day long.

Salmo 71
1- En ti, oh SEÑOR יהוה he esperado
2- no sea yo confundido para siempre.
3- Líbrame en tu justicia, y rescátame; inclina a mí tu oído, y sálvame.
4- Sé para mí una roca de refugio, a la cual pueda ir continuamente; tú has dado mandamiento para salvarme, porque tú eres mi roca y mi fortaleza.
5- יהוה rescátame de la mano del impío, de la mano del malhechor y del implacable,
6- porque tú eres mi esperanza; oh Señor יהוה tú eres mi confianza desde mi juventud.
7- De ti he recibido apoyo desde mi nacimiento; tú eres el que me sacó del seno de mi madre; para ti es continuamente mi alabanza.
8- He llegado a ser el asombro de muchos, porque tú eres mi refugio fuerte
9- Llena está mi boca de tu alabanza y de tu gloria todo el día.
10- No me rechaces en el tiempo de la vejez; no me desampares cuando me falten las fuerzas.
11- Porque mis enemigos han hablado de mí; y los que acechan mi vida han consultado entre sí,
12- diciendo: יהוה lo ha desamparado; perseguidlo y apresadlo, pues no hay quien lo libre.
13- Oh יהוה no estés lejos de mí; Elohim mío, apresúrate a socorrerme.
14- Sean avergonzados y consumidos los enemigos de mi alma; sean cubiertos de afrenta y de ignominia los que procuran mi mal.
15- Mas yo esperaré continuamente, y aún te alabaré más y más.
16- Todo el día contará mi boca de tu justicia y de tu salvación, porque son innumerables.
17- Vendré con los hechos poderosos de יהוה el Señor; haré mención de tu justicia, de la tuya sola.
18- Oh יהוה tú me has enseñado desde mi juventud, y hasta ahora he anunciado tus maravillas.
19- Y aun en la vejez y las canas, no me desampares, oh יהוה hasta que anuncie tu poder a esta generación, tu poderío a todos los que han de venir.
20- Porque tu justicia, oh יהוה alcanza hasta los cielos, tú que has hecho grandes cosas; oh Dios, ¿quién como tú?
21- Tú que me has hecho ver muchas angustias y aflicciones, me volverás a dar vida, y me levantarás de nuevo de las profundidades de la tierra.
22- Aumenta tú mi grandeza, y vuelve a consolarme
23- Y yo te daré gracias con el arpa, cantaré tu verdad, יהוה mío; a ti cantaré alabanzas con la lira, oh Santo de Israel.
24- Darán voces de júbilo mis labios, cuando te cante alabanzas, y mi alma, que tú has redimido.

3- In Your righteousness deliver me and rescue me; Incline Your ear to me and save me.
4- Be to me a rock of habitation to which I may continually come; You have given commandment to save me, For You are my rock and my fortress.
5- Rescue me, O יהוה my Elohim out of the hand of the wicked, Out of the grasp of the wrongdoer and ruthless man,
6- For You are my hope; O Lord יהוה You are my confidence from my youth.
7- By You I have been sustained from my birth; You are He who took me from my mother's womb; My praise is continually of You.
8- I have become a marvel to many, For You are my strong refuge.
9- My mouth is filled with Your praise And with Your glory all day long.
10- Do not cast me off in the time of old age; Do not forsake me when my strength fails.
11- For my enemies have spoken against me; And those who watch for my life have consulted together,
12- Saying, " יהוה has forsaken him; Pursue and seize him, for there is no one to deliver."
13- O יהוה, do not be far from me; O my Elohim hasten to my help!
14- Let those who are adversaries of my soul be ashamed and consumed; Let them be covered with reproach and dishonor, who seek to injure me.
15- But as for me, I will hope continually, And will praise You yet more and more.
16- My mouth shall tell of Your righteousness And of Your salvation all day long; For I do not know the sum of them.
17- I will come with the mighty deeds of the Lord יהוה I will make mention of Your righteousness, Yours alone.
18- O יהוה You have taught me from my youth, And I still declare Your wondrous deeds.
19- And even when I am old and gray, O יהוה do not forsake me, Until I declare Your strength to this generation, Your power to all who are to come.
20- For Your righteousness, O יהוה reaches to the heavens, You who have done great things; O God, who is like You?
21- You who have shown me many troubles and distresses Will revive me again, And will bring me up again from the depths of the earth.
